Please follow the instructions below to activate your KOMPLETE:How To Remove Components?
- You need the NI SERVICE CENTER for activation. Please download the NI SERVICE CENTER here and install it (more information on the NI SERVICE CENTER…).
- Please ensure, that you have started the installer and entered your serial number in the installer. (You should only get on this web page if you have entered your serial number in the installer.)
- Start the NI SERVICE CENTER and activate your product. You will be guided through the process step by step in the NI SERVICE CENTER. As a result, your product is shown as activated.
- Proceed with the installer. You will be asked to select the “Authorization Key File“ in a dialog. You will find this file in the following folder: My DocumentsNative InstrumentsKomplete 2 or Komplete 3 or NI Essentials (PC) respectively [your username]/Documents/Native Instruments/Komplete 2 or Komplete 3 or NI Essentials (Mac). Please select the folder with the Key File and confirm with OK.
- After loading the Key File KOMPLETE will be installed.
